The truth is that most advertising and communications don’t ‘work’ - that is to say they are neither Efficient or Effective.

Efficient means getting and holding people’s attention at a low cost through engaging content. Effective means communicating your Brands core features and benefits, be they Rational, Emotional or sensual, so that you win preference in the market place and achieve your positioning objectives.

What is a Brand World?

The worlds we create have three key elements - Players, Place and Plot

Players - The characters in our brand story represent the brand, the consumer, the competitor, or the problem the Brand solves. Players or characters must be interesting, relatable, and worth caring about. The audience should want to see what happens to them.

Plot - The story must show real tension and conflict that reflects the brand’s values - Cleanliness vs. dirt. Natural vs. synthetic. Confidence vs. doubt. The plot should feel exciting and sometimes risky, tapping into the deeper hopes and fears that shape consumer decisions. Every execution becomes a new “chapter” in the brand’s ongoing story.

Place -The story needs a distinctive world. It can be luxurious and aspirational like James Bond, or completely original like Star Wars. What matters is that consumers want to spend time there.
